Momentum trading i suspect. the big wall above 20 sucks the magic out of the licence run so they are jumping off. However, its holding pretty well considering the volume churned through and jump up to this level.
nothing goes up in a straightline and we just need to consolidate between spikes. next spikes should see the walls fall and a higher consolidation level set.
