There's a recent video on another $VRX thread, where Bruce specifically says the output is planned to be railed to Geraldton.
The sand output wouldn't be mingling with the iron ore - any more than Iluka's mineral sands are. I have every confidence if Bruce has nominated rail to Geraldton, he's also got the transhipment onto the water in hand, too.
