I was involved in the BFS for OPR a decade ago - the most recent failed attempt to get Oakajee off the planning boards.

That one would have been strictly mid-west iron ore output (but I'm unsure if IO currently loading out from Geraldton would have been welcome there - I got the impression it was going to be a closed shop for just Weld Range and Sino product..)
