Yeah I don’t buy it. I’m sure the directors are doing fine and could’ve exercised this options regardless. Just remember some of these VRX directors sit on multiple boards on different companies. I’m sure they are doing ok! I still can’t work out why they would sell some of their holdings? If things are looking rosey. What happens if they don’t exercise?

From an outsider, when a director offloads, it always raises concerns for me...

Just because the sellers aren’t there on paper, the strategic investor buying in the open market would create a rally of the SP on a tight register and therefore you would find plenty of sellers coming out. There would have been sufficient available and in turn would have raised SP

I still don’t know what to make of this transaction...
