But the sp does not reflect a diminished risk. In fact it reflects a high risk venture. If it is de-risked then the sp should be around 80c or so.I think management should not have sold their shares and let the market work out a fair value.
You have complained for months about price manipulation, and rightfully so, but that block trade was no different. Had those shares been bought on the open market then our sp would be significantly better.
