    So I think the block share sales from the BOD were 2m, 5m, 6m.
    The 3.25m option conversion doesn't fit any of these. I wonder
    if that means the BOD are still holding the $3.9m from the sale ?
    There are 43m unquoted securities VRXAD, I presume BOD
    might have some of these ?
