On the other hand, the sale price of the 13m block was 30c
which looked consistent with the SP at the time. One might say
had they waited a couple of weeks, they could have got them
in the high 20's. I think we should wait and see what transpires
before coming to any conclusions about the block trade.
If the European investor is Delphi, there was a case in another
one of the ASX mining companies they invested in where
Capex was subsequently secured from a German bank.
