Correct they dont need to disclose who they are until they have 5%, what i am saying is the off market transaction could be viewed as discrimitory to the other shareholders as they should buy on market (in a fair world) and we all know that it is not.
Clearly someone is still buying and if they are the same organisation then they will need to declare.
