I see the EPA decision as the big one here. Nothing can happen until
that gets approved, doesn't actually matter whether an offtake agreement gets
signed in the meantime (but I suppose it might give the SP a lift).
It looks to me that management have done a huge amount of work
in trying to optimise the EPA application prior to its submission, so that
they have the best chance it would progress without problems. I can't see
how Bruce can do any more at this stage relating to the EPA. Just have
to wait and see. Once we get a decision, there will be a very high expectation
of management to pull the trigger on the best offtake agreement they have
on the table, so that the whole project can proceed quickly. I think the next news
we get may be to learn the identity of the strategic european investor.
Either they acquire a 5% holding and we get to see them, or they stay
in the background. If it's Delphi, they mostly seem to want a >10% holding.
Or possibly the EPA gets announced, if they decide a full review is not
required for this project.
