I am giving Bruce the benefit of the doubt on this one. The fact that he was mentioning three or four potential offtakers says to me that he had some little players that would collectively account for production of 1-2 Mt pa. When in the final throws of putting that to bed it seems some big fish came into the equation. To be critical of poor comms etc is justified imo but I think Bruce is often working in the background to get the best outcome.

Just as some have suggested that DELPHi may in fact provide finance for the the first plant, I think Bruce is looking for strategic importance to the future of the V. I would not be surprised at all if he is wooing someone with potential to bring the IP that is needed to get a glass plant up and running. The offtakes aren't holding things up at the moment so am OK with that. Communication could be better though.
