If this euro investor has a 3.5% holding from the BOD plus on market buying,
they would need another 7.5m to get to 5% , when their identify would have
to be announced. It looks to me VRX typically has about 500k per day in total trade volume, so
it would certainly take them some time to acquire 7.5m whilst avoiding driving up
the SP. Of course, they may not be accumulating additional stock at all.
But it's not going to get any easier for them to acquire a significant holding.
If it's Delphi and they want 10-20%, I'm still saying they have left it too late
to get a significant holding with VRX relatively close to first production.
They would have to pay a premium to existing holders.
