hopefully with such low capex, some debt funding and the delay between AN and Muchea, we wont need anymore raises....ever.

logic would suggest that if we want a second plant, the first plant should fund it. if that comes at the cost of delaying dividends 12 months, so be it. as long as we stay well under 1 billion SOI I'm happy. as it stands fully diluted i think we're about 500million SOI. so pretty easy goal. keeping it low should guarantee the $1 party and probably the $2 party.

potentially why the over subscription as it was last minute shopping.
