Having been one of the company's biggest defenders - I do always get a chuckle at "the big boys" and "manipulation"

Something definitely feels off about he way this is behaving, but I don't know enough about the nuances and intricacies of the market to explain it to anyone - I know brooksy has done his best in the past to help me, but I'm none the wiser.

Perhaps we just aren't good enough, perhaps we are still being punished by the market for the missed timelines, perhaps the silence is killing confidence, perhaps the opportunity cost of holing for an EPA 'decision' is too great (this I suspect is the number 1 thing), perhaps this isn't real selling/buying and just flipping of shares from one holding entity to another.

Either way - the red continues, my buy is in, lets see if it hits!

Fundamentals still strong, timeline gone (as I've been saying for a few months)
