I am having trouble seeing the risk. Sevral distinct tenements and they are scooping sand from sometimes quite high sand dune systems. Also they are moving the top layer around to minimise impact on flora and fauna and patchworking across the area.. This is not a complex mining process, no tailings, no toxic by products, nothing really.
