well if they can find a buyer for that price no reason we cant. they did suggest it was based of general market prices from other companies... however, i imagine our bfs is more accurate than their ipo paper given one is for banks the other is for marketing. but then again Bruce is on the record saying the picked the lowest numbers and worst case for their studies....
in the end it'll come down to each project/company as clearly the industry is heavily geared around mine to market relationships... i.e minimal warehousing and middle market players creating spot and futures markets.
