Hi dbd25. What I can offer you is that Bruce has shown to be extremely cognisant of managing cash flow as and where needed. Director fees have been conservative at VRX. Bruce has led from the front. He has stated a number of times he aims to keep a lid on any shareholder dilution as much as possible and has done a good job of controlling that. Keep in mind, he is accessing professional contractors whom are experts in their respective fields as & when needed who would also be offering strategic advice, whether it be for Legal Contracts, Currency Exchange, Engineering Design, Finance, Environmental, Production Works, etc, as well having VRX employees in key positions advising him. Bruce is the face behind VRX but there is certainly a vast team of experts behind him working behind the scenes. All of this is underway already & has been ongoing, increasingly as these projects continue to progress through the necessary stages in all aspects. He has subtly referred to some frustration of some processes taking longer than hoped, but really, all in the course of business but it's still getting done. He has also clearly stated he will add to the board as milestones continue to be reached. Hope this helps. DYOR
