They are not currently dealing with China. The focus is on Tier one companies from Japan and Korea, which is where the 50kg bagged samples were shipped to for kiln QA and QC testing.
Bruce has already stated that outside help has been used in assisting with these complicated legal negotiations. I believe that would be government assistance.
