I think you need to get a grip.You're suggesting that after months of due diligence, independent at that, Delphi has been sucked in by BM spin, lol.
The only ones panicking here seem to be the ones wanting instant payday.
VRX were the first, others followed in VRX's footsteps. Delphi missed out on early participation as they were probably not so aware of the silica sand crisis as they are now. There has been a massive amount of global coverage and it's all preaching the same issues of shortages, sand wars and a looming supply crisis.
So Delphi have had the opportunity to buy in to the smaller newcomers earlier and cheaper than with VRX.
They paid a premium and got preferential treatment, probably due to an upcoming funding attachment.
As far as I am concerned, Delphi taking up 5% or more has been the best news for VRX this year, to date.
