After having spoken to a few EPA Officers today about general timelines associated with stage 3 assessment (not specifically about VRX) all I can say is this is going in the bottom bottom draw.

Don’t know how Bruce thinks it’s going to be accepted before the end of June… he must be delusional.

Was indicated that timelines for stage 3 can be anywhere from a minimum 2 months to 5 months. This is even after the scoping document has been uploaded. The 4 week Public Environmental Review hasn’t even started yet… and only begins after the scoping document and associated reports are given the final approval by the DMAs.

I’ll keep monitoring this forum but I’m mostly out for now. Likely to get back later in the year when EPA will be approved. Don’t forget… no other government permits can be submitted and approved during this period.
