Agree regarding timelines, that's why I would be pleasantly surprised if Production begins in 2021.
You only have to look at the Investor Presentation released in August - it had Construction beginning in September 2020 and Production March 2021.
Now, best case scenario we will have Environmental approval by March 2021, but it could well be longer.
