i dont think penny meant ot was the only one... just one that they were aware of. it'd be a few offtakes as my opinion before holds true in the inverse. companies have multiple suppliers to assure delivery continuity.... just as they wouldnt displace their existing suppliers to take a million vrx tons. i suspect they'll be big bites but I'd guess the 3 projects will have 3-5 core customers with a % possibly going into the "spot market" through a distributor.... which would also be an offtake but much lower key. but this is a full production capacity.
