Yeah I dont agree with this idea that there needs to be a site visit before offtakes can be executed. These are generally ceremonial. Shake hands, cut a cake sort of thing.
The offtake will state x tonnes of sand, at x% grade, for x$. They don’t care where it comes from in my opinion, as long as we can deliver the contract quantities at the contracted grade.
