Like Bruce said, the timing to start is dependant on the EPA decision.
However, preparations are still ongoing, there would be no point in preparing a water bore, access roads, preparing grade control to define the start point resource, awarding plant engineering contracts etc, if we were not close to the end point. It would not make economic sense.
The negativity of late bemuses me, considering so much has actually been achieved.
Where was all this negativity and company bashing when we were locked in prolonged Native Title for a year? Or the mining Licenses?
It seems a lot of this negativity is down to anxiety and hand wringing, because we are actually close to the end game, waiting for the final part is the worst.

"The negativity bemuses me?" Mate, have you seen the share price since Jan? SH's have a right to be annoyed. Let call it for what it is, we have no idea where we are in the timeline, with no idea on OT's (7 months late), with no information to go on. Here, its the blind leading the absolute blind right now. Only here for the resource at the moment.
