Hi Sheps, (sorry couldn't reply to your post for some reason)

Can you clarify or elaborate on your communication with the EPA. It sounds like construction activities can continue/start parallel to the environment review? Surely not? Would be great for VRX but doesn't sound right, forgive my ignorance here.

For that matter is any one aware of a list of activities we can carry out under our current lease/access? We obviously just put a bore in, although this sounds like a low enviro impact task minus the actual water usage. Might be putting the cart before the horse here (as it sounds like and makes sence that we need things in the order of; epa-offtakes-finance-construction...) but would be good to be able to progress some construction activities while waiting on epa approval. (Also, if thats actually what Bruce is out there doing then he could take us on that journey a little more... after typing this i do wonder if i've got to spend a little less time reading this HC thread lol)
