assumes finance isnt already lined up and waiting on epa for final requirements to get exact number.

however, I'll admit, there has been zero indication of this. i was previously convinced that they'd avoid dilution so as to avoid loosing control of the company back when the MC was around 50 mill. however then bruce lifted his skirt for delphi, for absolutely no reason which made me reevaluate what their intentions are.

seems the Delphi sale was an easy payday to spin "we sold to good people with experience" BS. i dont blame them, they arent making millions on this yet, but as retail i just feel neglected and lack clarity on the financial plan.

I'm not overly concerned as I'm going to stick around LT but recent builds in potash and phosphate miners ripped through their register with CRs at 50% discounts.... granted their capex was 200m+ and prices recovered very slowly.....

not enough to lose sleep over, but worth monitoring
