    if you sell your options you might get 2.5c right now. That is probably a loss for most. If you don't convert you get zero. If you convert you get shares which you can then hold or trade. So there is downward pressure on the options price and the share price (in order to fund some coversions). On top of that the expiry date looms large and the options price is decaying away to zero.
