The DAWE site has an update dated 30 June, which states that the assessment is now subject to public review for 4 weeks - whether this is a catch-up from the EPA site I don't know
Maybe it signifies that the scoping study is on file, maybe not - how the hell would you know? I can't see where one goes to file a comment for the public assessment - it would have to be the most opaque process I've ever come across
