he needs to submit the DSD asap. They're locked into the EPA assessment but I get the impression Bruce thought they had done the work after 2 or three years working with the EPA to compile their original application. That the EPA decided on full assessment seems to have come as a surprise to him. There is potentially huge upside for this stock so it comes as no surprise to me that it has encountered these hurdles...
