I'm in two minds about additional staff right now. only because ive seen plenty of junior miners with a 5+ executive team as well as a 5+ BOD all sucking down fat salaries that ultimately shorten runways between CRs and push dividends out to later dates as the pigs get their fill first with bonuses and the like.

while we suspect it may help, not Alot more than can be done other than "marketing" but i reckon bruce isnt playing the SP game, just trying to build a mine....which will "take care of the SP in time" which i support as the man at the wheel.

so imo keep the ship lean until its warranted by business requirements and not purely driven by a desire to see the SP higher as we could hire a 100k+ pro marketeer and still be the same SP. no guarantees in this game.
