Understand and can see your point Blister, point i am making is do we have the right person pushing through arguabley the most important part of "our investment" i cannot argue that this business has been managed so very well from a monetary point of view.
It worries me that all of the flippant remarkes regarding timlines may enter into the EPA paper trail, these departments do not have a sense of humor and i would hate to see what could be a once in generation business and more to the point "industry" get F&*CKed up because someone cant be transparent and straight up front.
