The biggest risk to VRX IMHO is management. It's clear that all the ducks are lined up (epa, offtakes, capex, etc) but don't dismiss a player like Delphi continually accumulating at cheap prices and/or a suitor deciding that VRX is a cheapie and launch a takeover bid for around mid 30c bracket. Delphi makes their profit and sh'hs get dudded.
yes, maybe a very negative comment but unless management pull something out of the hat re anns and really pump this stock, VRX remains a bargain basement buy for someone and there would be nothing that retail sh'hs could do about it.
After Square's bid for Afterpay, anything is possible now and with exchange rates as they are, VRX is a sitting duck for a TO from a US silica sand co. Bruce and co would make their millions and walk away very happy.
