yes bargain basement price but why is that? I'm very sure that it's because there is no approval to mine. That's too big a risk for a takeover. When the mine is up and running, all the hard work has been done and there is almost no prospect of a takeover going wrong then you might see one. Even if there is one shareholders have the final say.
