With the approval for EPA I can't make up my mind. Either Bruce and his consultants have been told by Epa it can be approved soon like they have said.

or they have been told the stages on the EPA website in there meetings and it was always going to be approved in 12-18 months time. I know Bruce is Bruce but why would he blatantly say it's going to be approved 12 months earlier if not told by the EPA. There's no benefit saying they will be in production early 2022 if it's been impossible the whole time. I think it's unlikely he would tell the market information they know is a lie. They are just washing sand on a sand dune really no dangerous chemicals being used, big holes left in landscape. Say what you want about Bruce but he runs the company on the smell of a oily rag compared to other juniors.
