I wouldn't beat myself up (or off) over the detail, Blister. It's Hanson's operation, not VRX.

"Muchea" could be being used as a generic locator.

if you go to the satellite image on Google maps, you can see Hanson's main sand operation near Melaleuca, but there are other "scratchings" north of that on Halden Rd, and then at the end of Energy Rd, in Muchea. Not all Hanson's, but my point being smaller digs of lies all the way from Ellenbrook to Arrowsmith North.

On a separate matter...

Announced on the news last night: Perth's quarantining facility that was planned for Jandakot, has been scrapped and moved to defence training land in Bullsbrook. If you have been following along at home, you'll know that must be near/on land pegged by @crb
