that would be worst case..... going by what bruce suggests.
however, its all just pointless speculation. clearly bruce is confident its sooner rather than later... but we've been here before.... so best plan is to hunker down and wait.... or buy more if you're in the market to do so.
I get the sense that with EPA done the dominoes fall pretty quickly with finance and offtakes and construction. but all with a grain of salt
