Because.... It costs a lot of money to IPO a company . It's much easier to backdoor it through one already listed on the ASX. Oh wait a minute isn't that exactly what happened with VRX and SUV....
Also Bruce was on Aarons private silica companies board of directors LOL. I guess he trusts him.... Oh and why wouldn't you let a company like VRX do all the ground work establishing a silica market on the ASX then just ride the cost tails with a Nova resource...
