    I'll admit that the EPA process has become so opaque that i'm just ignoring it, and accummulating while we are in the duldrums. whatever the timing, the EPA and bruce seem to have a positive relationship and working towards an end point. I just look at it as a future price spike catalyst that i'm 99.9% sure i can bank on.
