I think it's the terrible media management and the countless people holding to get their money back (in the 30s to 40s) from the misleading announcements over the last 12 months that's going to hurt the SP the most once the EPA finally comes through (if it does).
Its going to be interesting to see who the major investors are once (if) the EPA is done and dusted.
They must be having fun doing risk assessments on Bruce's management atm

Next 12 months are going to make or break this company. Just my opinion.
