From what I read, analysts are expecting shipping rates to come down sometime next year (just likely many other supply constraints) - for what its worth

My hypothesis on why VRX has delayed in nailing down an off-take is to provide it optionality for domestic off-take - from my "channel checks" it sounds like there is serious momentum behind domestic glass manufacturing - Bruce has mentioned this many times in the past so I presume he's part of these discussion, which makes sense being the most advanced silica sands project in Australia - from his perspective, I can imagine him thinking: "why lock up with a foreign buyer when I have decent line of sight on a domestic one, especially when financing is still months off and it sounds like there is an abundance of foreign demand if/when he needs it."
