    Because there position in VRX is smaller than say their position in PEC. So they are still trying to accumulate rather than let the SP run would be a reasonable assumption. Cant imagine many LTH cashing out now when there are major annoucements still to come. It could be argued this would be the worst time to sell out in the lull before the storm.
