Do you actually think that the BOD should be upramping when the EPA approval has not been finalised? Remember also that Delphi is playing major games and the market is being distorted. The market moves away from speculation at some point and relies on hard facts, which you have clearly articulated on here in relation to the EPA. It will be months away but you want to see big SP rises now! Ok that makes sense .. not.
