    The EPA rerate is going to be interesting, that's for sure. There will be a point where Delphi can't hold down the price any longer in an effort to accumulate.
    Hopefull Bruce gives us all a bit of clarity at the AGM.
    Imagine the bargains to be had if EPA isn't done and dusted by June 30.
