Introduction
The proposed action by VRX Silica Limited, to develop a high-grade silica sand mine in the Geraldton Sandplain bioregion, 20 km north-west of Eneabba and 4 km west of the Brand Highway, WA.
This proposed action is open for public comment for a period of 10 business days from 28 October to 11 November 2021 (AEST).
Comments received after 10 business days are not required to be considered. It is at the discretion of the Minister (or Minister’s Delegate) whether late comments are considered.
