Achieving a significant milestone, VRX Silica secured its first offtake partners for the Arrowsmith North project in 2021. The Company signed an offtake term sheet with major foundry sand importers in South Korea - DongNam and Dong A - for the supply of silica sand from Arrowsmith North.The offtake term sheet laid out comprehensive terms and conditions for the supply of about 200K tonnes of AFS55 certified foundry sand each year for a duration of four years. This volume will be split between Dong A and DongNam.

Comprehensive enough that it didnt need to specify a price - but reads great - shame the sp doesnt match the portrayal. Just wonder where the VRX side of the EPA paper work is at - how much longer to wait before the various 'drafts' become a final submission.
