Just to take what @blister has posted a little further: if you *have* submitted written questions, don't be disappointed if they are not literally read out and answered. The undertaking from the BoD is that submitting in writing "will provide management with the best opportunity to prepare for the Meeting and answer those questions". You are truly Hot Copper Crazy ™ if you think for a minute this mob are going to roll up their sleeves, pull out the Schick, and spill blood in apology for the mismanagement of the last 12 months.

I would suspect many/most/all of the pointed written questions will be diluted into softball answers massaged into the text of the presentation.

So for instance, all of the "Why t.f. are we in bed with Delphi?" will be answered with a re-hash of the "strategic investor announcement that "The significant investment in VRX Silica shares at market price adds to new investor’s exposure to Australian mining sector, but does not dilute VRX shareholders" - it's an answer... but a non-answer.

Anyway, roll on Monday, hey?
