Once again, if you’re suggesting the company clearly knew the possibility of such a thing was non-existent, yet, still opted to announce otherwise to its shareholders, then you’d have a case for being misled. Can you demonstrate that’s the case? Otherwise all you’re doing is whining about something that unfortunately never materialised.
