how about some evidence based facts rsther than pure rhetoric? btw what is your agenda here when you clsim to hold between 2m snd 5m shares? First of all, can you or anyone think of a more eco-friendly approach than DVT? Second, the consultants did not tell the EPA how to do their job but they did offer some advice based on their extensive experience.
If the EPA is not happy with DVT then a modified version may be devised but at this stage there has been no better plan.
And further to that, the EPA should be letting VRX know exactly what issues they have with DVT so workarounds could be devised. At this stage there is no indication that the EPA has responded to the last ESD that VRX submitted. If this was their final submission what would they do if the EPA rejected it?
