if traditional 'open cut' mining was the solution then you'd have to say the EPA is completely nuts. But just for a laugh, maybe the consultants and VRX should offer that as an alternative for comparison. It seems like something needs to happen to break the impasse, if indeed that is the problem. It could be something else entirely, like for eg an evil corrupt plan to get retail holders to give up their shares for peanuts .. LoL.
