its a 50/50 bet. I think they'll debt finance all 3 projects as it will accelerate the development, rather than saving from ASN to fund. There are tax and inflation benefits in forward purchasing the kit with borrowed money. which then brings us back to the scheduled repayments that will limit the returns.... besides growth with a 1 billion ton resource is not something we need in the short term.

I think its been touted that this is Bruce's retirement plan, so i'd be expecting him to hire an ops manager and move to a board seat once up and running. That said, he clearly likes mining, the "risk" is that once cash flow positive, Bruce decides to self fund a glass industry in WA from VRX cashflow.
