    about 70k by my count. however i am trying to constrain the optimism as I'm not even sure mr market cares about ESDs yet. so I'll be pumped if it happens, but the SP can do whatever it wants up, down or sideways...as long as this is finally progressing!!!

    only thought in the back of my mind is that brucey is just as likely not to ann it.... he'll call it admin and file it away for the quarterly.
